What is the difference between our services
PRIVATE TOUR (Per Person) : A fully exclusive tour run solely for you, your family, or your friends with no strangers. It includes a private vehicle, a professional tour guide, and all-inclusive costs (entrance tickets, meals, etc.). You can start on any date or time at your convenience. Ideal for those who need special assistance, such as the elderly, people with disabilities, or families with small children.
*Note: While the price per person can be higher for small groups, it often becomes much cheaper than a Group Tour if you travel with a larger group of people.
GROUP TOUR (Per Person) : Often referred to as seat-in-coach or SIC. It offers the same all-inclusive benefits as a Private Tour (vehicle, guide, tickets, meals), but you will share the vehicle and expenses with other travelers, making it a comparatively low price. Group Tours have fixed departure dates, times, and itineraries that cannot be changed. It is a good chance for you to meet and make new acquaintances from all over the world.
TICKET / E-TICKET (Per Unit) : This service provides admission tickets, electronic vouchers, or attraction passes only. Customers must manage their own transportation to the venue. Booking with us is usually cheaper than buying walk-in tickets at the counter and guarantees your entry, preventing disappointment from fully booked slots.
*Optional Add-ons: Private transfers or a tour guide can be booked separately.
TRIP / ROAD TRIP (Per Vehicle) : An independent and flexible program. We provide a private vehicle along with all travel-related expenses covered (professional driver, fuel, tolls, and parking fees). However, this option does not include a tour guide or admission tickets, giving you the freedom to explore at your own pace.
CHARTER (Per Charter) : An exclusive private charter of a boat, yacht, or aircraft for your group. The rate is fixed per vessel or aircraft, regardless of the number of passengers (within the safety capacity).

SESSION (Per Session) : A private, time-based activity or experience (such as a photography session or private class). The rate is fixed per session, meaning the price remains the same regardless of how many people join the session.

What is Tour Packages
Tour packages are travel plans, which include some or all of the following: transportation, accommodations, meals, tour guides and more. They can be of great value to both independent and group travellers.
How can I book your sightseeing service
You can book in 3 easy steps!
Step 1 : Check the service rates & availability by select service duration and date. You will be redirected to the Shopping Cart Page.
Step 2 : On the Shopping Cart Page, you can continue booking more services or check out.
Step 3 : Enter basic information include name, email and payment information, etc. in the Check-out Form.
What can I expect after I have completed my reservation or my booking
After completing the booking form, you should immediately received an email detailing your booking request. If correct, and you wish service provided by Oriental Escape, please confirm your reservation by click the link submission. Then you will received the confirmation voucher online.
If our online agents have not been able to confirm all details as requested, they will advise you of the elements that have not been able to confirm and offer alternatives. If you are happy with the details confirmed, then you will proceed with the payment process.
How can I book several tour services
To book several services, you will need to book each travel services separately then add to the shopping cart.

Do I need to guarantee my reservation with a credit card of deposit
At the stage of the reservation process you will not need to guarantee with a credit card or deposit. However, after we have confirmed to you the availability, you will be advised of a date that you will need to make some prepayment for the hotel & domestic airticket.

Your prices are all included? Any other hidden charge
Our service already include admission fee, guide & driver and all taxes. We will NEVER charge you a service charge or other hidden charge. However, some tickets for the optional program are not included.
Tipping
Gratuities to our staff although customary, are not required. Any such expression of appreciation should be made on a voluntary and individual basis.
