Service Scope

Arrival Service: Meet & Greet at arrival hall, assist with luggage, and coordinate with your driver or guide
Departure Service: Meet at drop-off point, assist with check-in, luggage, and guide guests to the immigration area (advance booking required)

Assistance with minor travel errands such as SIM card purchase or currency exchange
Coordination with your driver or tour guide for the most efficient pickup point

Children under 3 years old: Free
Children 4 years and older: Normal group rate applies

Important Notes

Advance Booking Required:
- Service must be booked at least 24 hours in advance
- Bookings made within 24 hours of arrival time will not be accepted
- All services are subject to staff availability at the time of booking
Prepayment & Cancellation Policy:
- Full payment is required upon booking
- Free cancellation if made more than 24 hours in advance
- No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled service time
Flight Changes or Delays:
- If your flight schedule changes, please notify us as early as possible
- We will adjust the service as best we can, but changes are subject to staff availability and cannot be guaranteed
Guest Information Requirement:
- Full passport names of all guests are required for security clearance
- The number of names must match the number of guests on your booking
- Incomplete information may result in delays or denial of service
