FAQs: Fast Track

Home / faqs / Services / Fast Track
How many days in advance is required to book the Fast Track service?
Please book at least 1 Day (24 hours) in advance, based on the flight date in Thailand. Same-day bookings are not available. Bookings 1-2 days ahead are pending confirmation; bookings 3 or more days ahead follow our standard availability criteria. International arrival Fast Track for Non-B, work-related visas and DTV requires at least 2 calendar days in advance.
Where will the Fast Track staff meet me?
Our Fast Track staff will be waiting for you at the airbridge exit, holding a sign with your name.
Can I use the Fast Track service if I hold a work visa?
International arrival Fast Track for travelers with a Non-B, work-related visa or DTV (Destination Thailand Visa) must be booked at least 2 calendar days in advance. Bookings with less notice cannot proceed. Bookings 2 days ahead are pending confirmation; bookings 3 or more days ahead follow the standard availability criteria. Please select the correct visa type when booking.
Can I book the Baggage Porter Service separately?
No, the Baggage Porter Service cannot be booked separately. It is an optional add-on that must be purchased in conjunction with our VIP Fast Track Service.
Why am I unable to make a last-minute booking?
Airport services require advance preparation and staff scheduling, so same-day bookings are not available. Please book at least 1 calendar day in advance, or at least 2 calendar days for international arrival Fast Track with a Non-B, work-related visa or DTV. Bookings 1-2 days ahead are pending confirmation. Booking 3 or more days ahead does not guarantee availability; the standard criteria still apply.
What makes your VIP Fast-Track service different from others?
While most premium services provide a personal representative to welcome you directly at the aircraft gate, the key difference lies in the exclusivity of the immigration lane we utilize.

Oriental Escape escorts you through the official Fast-Track Lane (Diplomatic/Crew Lane), which provides the quickest and most exclusive clearance process available at the airport. In contrast, other standard providers typically use the general Premium Lane, which is shared with all airline business class passengers and standard voucher holders.

Furthermore, unlike some budget providers that reduce costs by hiring off-duty airport staff from unrelated departments to perform meet-and-greet duties part-time, our service is strictly operated by our own permanently trained hospitality professionals. By choosing us, you are guaranteed a seamless, highly personalized experience with fluent English-speaking staff who are dedicated solely to your comfort and service excellence from the moment you step off the plane until you safely meet your driver.
