What is Quiet Ride?

Quiet Ride is a complimentary booking preference for guests who genuinely want less conversation on a particular journey. Our drivers are normally trained to read the situation and speak at a comfortable, appropriate level. When Quiet Ride is selected, the driver keeps conversation to a minimum while continuing any communication needed for pickup, route, assistance and safety. Quiet Ride does not promise a completely silent or soundproof cabin. Most vehicles support Bluetooth audio; if you would like to play your own music, please ask the driver to help connect a compatible mobile device.
