Advance Booking Required:
- Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- Bookings made within 48 hours of service time will not be accepted.
- All services are subject to staff availability at the time of booking.
Prepayment & Cancellation Policy:
- Full payment is required upon booking.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the service time will receive a full refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time.
Immigration Disclaimer:
- Our team facilitates and expedites the immigration process to the best of our ability.
- However, in the event that an immigration officer denies entry for any reason — including, but not limited to, visa issues, documentation errors, or personal inadmissibility — it is beyond our control, and no refund will be issued.
Baggage Handling Policy:
- Fast Track staff are responsible for facilitating your immigration process and guiding you through the airport. They do NOT carry or transport luggage.
- If you require assistance with carrying or transporting your baggage, please book the Baggage Porter Service in advance.
- Baggage Porter Service – THB 1,000 per staff (1 trolley for 2–3 bags).
Flight Change or Delay Handling:
- If your flight details change after booking, please notify us as soon as possible.
- We will do our best to adjust the service accordingly, but changes are subject to staff availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Guest Passport Name Requirement:
- For security reasons, we are now required to submit the full passport names of all travelers to Thai authorities before service begins.
- The number of names provided must match the number of guests in your booking. For example, if you book for 4 guests, 4 full passport names must be submitted — not just one.
- Failure to provide complete and accurate details may result in service delays or denial at the airport.

Thailand offers visa exemption or Visa on Arrival (VoA) for citizens of many countries, allowing short stays for tourism purposes without the need for a pre-approved visa.

Important Notice for Travelers to Thailand

TDAC Registration Required: The Immigration Bureau of Thailand now requires all travelers to complete TDAC registration prior to arrival. Please register online via the official portal: https://tdac.immigration.go.th
Stricter Entry Procedures: Immigration officers at Thai airports have recently implemented tighter screening measures. All travelers without a long-term visa must present a confirmed return or onward ticket upon arrival.
Documentation for Specific Nationalities: To ensure a smooth arrival, guests from countries that may undergo more detailed entry interviews—including Israel, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Syria, Yemen, and Palestine—are highly recommended to have all travel-related documents ready for inspection. This includes your confirmed return flight ticket, hotel booking confirmation, and a clear travel itinerary.
Special Entry Verifications: Please be advised that Thai Immigration authorities may perform additional document checks for specific travel routes, such as Chinese nationals arriving from Cambodia and Russian nationals arriving from China.
Failure to Present Required Documents: Travelers who are unable to present a valid return ticket or requested supporting documents may be denied entry. Final entry permission remains at the sole discretion of the Immigration officer. Please ensure your documents are in order before your flight.
